I found the staff to be genuinely helpful with directions. The hotel's location is perfect, just a short walk from the train station (made travel easy). The breakfast included fresh pastries (a good start to the day).

The decor felt a bit dated.

The room was spacious. A huge bed was provided. There were two built-in wardrobes, though one had extra blankets, limiting its use. the other one was fully available.

The hotel's location near the station provided very nice convenience!!! I appreciated the quick taxi ride from the airport. The staff showed amazing friendliness and offered great assistance throughout my stay. The provision of quality bedding and towels added a luxurious touch to the room.

The arcade leading to the hotel felt a bit intimidating at times, especially with groups of people present.
